Two live products. One pattern: I take ownership until things are real.

These are not portfolio mockups. They are systems I helped define, ship, and run.

Mailraze

Cold email SaaS with the kind of infrastructure most PMs never touch.

I defined the product vision, owned the roadmap, and made the architecture calls that kept the system simple enough to ship and serious enough to run.

What I owned
Postal SMTP, ClickHouse, Docker, Hetzner VPS
  • Built campaign analytics, template management, sender rotation, and spintax-based content variation.
  • Deployed and configured Postal as an in-house SMTP layer to remove SES dependency and control costs.
  • Managed Cloudflare tunnel networking, server hardening, nightly R2 backups, and Sentry-led incident recovery.
Graphtics Studio

A creative talent marketplace designed end to end for trust, flow, and delivery.

I took Graphtics from idea to live platform, shaping the client experience, service structure, and the operational systems around it.

What I owned
Client portal, bookings, milestone payments, NDA workflows
  • Shipped the Studio product with booking flows, milestone-based payment structure, and integrated project management.
  • Managed self-hosted deployment on VPS using Coolify, Cloudflare tunnels, and security hardening.
  • Helped grow the platform across 9 creative verticals while coordinating design, tech, and client-facing operations.
